Service Description

Before booking a Mac new system setup, please make sure that you know the passwords for your Apple ID/iCloud account, email account(s), and other internet accounts. During a Mac new system setup and orientation, we will: - Help you create a user account on your Mac. - Help you create an Apple ID/iCloud account, if necessary. - Help you configure iCloud settings to your desired use case. - Help you configure accessibility settings, if necessary. - Help you sign into your internet accounts. - Help you reset account passwords, if necessary. - Spend roughly 20 minutes with you after your machine is set up to answer your specific questions, demonstrate features, install programs, etc. A new Mac system setup and orientation typically takes around 60 minutes. Customers who bundle MacMan+ Protection Plan with the purchase of their new Mac will receive $80 off of their Mac New System Setup & Orientation. If you have an active MacMan+ Protection Plan, payment for this service will be collected in store.
