What Brands Do MacMan Carry or Partner With?

 

We carry products from brands including, but not limited to, Apple, Microsoft, Phillips, Lacie, Seagate, Belkin, Samsung, NEC, Sonos, Malwarebytes, and RiseVision. We also carry Microsoft Office and Microsoft Surface products.

Does MacMan Sell Macs?

 

Yes, we sell all current model Apple Macs!

 

 

Does MacMan Fix Macs?

 

Yes! As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, we service all supported Apple products! All of our repairs are performed by Apple trained technicians, using Apple OEM parts and tools.

 

 

Does MacMan Sell iPhones?

 

Unfortunately, we not currently sell Apple iPhones. However, we do service all supported iPhones! From cracked screens to forgotten passcodes, we’ve got you covered!

 

 

Does MacMan Fix iPhones?

 

Yes! As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, we service all supported Apple products! All of our repairs are performed by Apple-trained technicians, using Apple OEM parts and tools.

 

 

Does MacMan Fix Devices under Apple Limited Warranty and AppleCare?

 

Yes! As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, we can handle all of your Apple Limited Warranty, AppleCare Agreement, or Apple Repair Extension Program repair needs! Please note that Apple Limited Warranty and AppleCare Agreements only cover your device’s hardware. Labor fees may apply for software related services on Apple products covered by Apple Limited Warranty or an AppleCare Agreement.

 

 

Does MacMan Accept Apple Gift Cards as Payment?

 

Unfortunately, we do not currently accept Apple gift cards as payment. 

 

 

Can MacMan Backup the Data on My Device? 

 

Yes! We offer backup services for Mac, iPhone, and iPads. We can also help ensure that your device is backing up to iCloud. The cost to perform device backups range depending on the type and condition of your device. In some cases, the purchase of a storage device may also be required.

Can MacMan Recover Data From My Device?

 

Yes! In the event that your device is damaged or does not turn on, we can help recover data! All data recovery attempts must be pre-paid and a successful data recovery is not guaranteed. Data recovery service fees range depending on the type and condition of your device.

Can I Mail In My Device For Service?

 

Yes! Please visit our Service Menu for more information.

 

 

Does MacMan Offer Loaner iPhones?

 

Yes! We offer rental iPhones that can be used during the duration of your phone repair. To learn more, please visit our iPhone Service Menu.

 

 

Does MacMan Offer Financing?

 

Yes! We offer financing through Synchrony Home. If you would like to apply, please stop in store and we can get an application started! You can also Apply Online.

 

 

Does MacMan Offer One On One Support?

 

Yes! We offer one on one support and personalized training by appointment. Check out our Appointments page to schedule some One on One time to sit down with an Apple Specialist!

How Do I Clean My AirPods?
