One-on-one support is tailored to you and involves personal support with an Apple specialist for any problems or questions relating to Mac, iPhone, iPad, or any other Apple Accessories. Service is billed at $120/hour in 15 minute increments, with a 15 minute minimum.

Our Apple specialists will give their best effort help with non-Apple products or services, but may reference customers to external resources if required.

One-on-one support is discounted by 50% for select Advantage members and customers with White Glove for Mobile Plus. If you have an active service plan, payment for this service will be collected in store. To be eligible for the discounted rate, the one-on-one support must directly relate to the device covered by your service plan.
