Apple Technical Support & Sales Specialist
MacMan is looking for a customer-focused Apple Technical Support & Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a frontline technical support position for someone who understands Apple products, enjoys troubleshooting technology, and can communicate clearly with customers.

The right candidate will work directly with customers to identify problems with their Mac, iPhone, iPad, and other Apple devices. They will ask the right questions, perform initial troubleshooting, and help determine whether the customer needs one-on-one support, additional training, or to have their device checked in for service.
This is not solely a sales position. It combines Apple product sales, customer service, technical troubleshooting, service intake, and one-on-one customer support.

Whether you have professional technology experience, have repaired or built computers, regularly help others solve technical problems, or have developed strong Apple knowledge through personal experience, we would like to hear from you.

About the Position
As an Apple Technical Support & Sales Specialist, you will often be the first person a customer speaks with when they have a technology problem. You will listen to the customer, evaluate the situation, document the issue, and help determine the most appropriate next step.

Some problems may be resolved through basic troubleshooting or one-on-one support. Other devices may need to be checked in for further diagnosis or repair by a service technician. Your ability to gather accurate information and explain the process clearly will be an important part of the customer experience.

You will also help customers select and purchase Macs, iPads, iPhones, accessories, AppleCare, and other products and services based on their needs.

Greeting customers and learning what assistance they need
-
Providing frontline technical support for Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and other Apple products
