Part-time to Full-time Retail Sales and Customer Service

What you must have to qualify for the sales position. 

  1. Apple product knowledge including macOS and iOS

  2. Sales experience

  3. Customer service experience

  4. Ability to learn Apple sale and product  knowledge

  5. Must pass Apple sales exams

  6. Great people skills

  7. Great communication skills

  8. Great organizational skill

What experiences will make you a stronger candidate.

  1. Past Apple sales and or customer service

  2. Past retail sales experience

  3. Past retail store management experience

  4. Past merchandising experience

What you will do. 

  1. Check in customers and create service tickets. 

  2. Help customer purchase Apple computers, iPads, and related accessories.

  3. Inventory receiving.

  4. Customer order fulfillment.

  5. Merchandising.

  6. Learning different solutions we sell.

  7. Complete Apple's online sales trainings.

  8. Help customers with iPhone resets, updates and iCloud.

  9. Help manage customer appointments.

  10. One-on-one training and support with customers and their Apple devices. 

This position will include about 18 to 30 hours per week. It may lead to additional hours once you have become efficient with our procedures and prove you are a reliable part of our Crew. This may lead to business to business sales. 

Part-time Service Tech Apprentice

What you must have to qualify for the service tech position. 

  1. A desire and passion to fix computers

  2. Apple product knowledge including macOS and iOS

  3. Apple software expertise 

  4. Ability to learn Apple repair procedures, including paperwork

  5. Customer service experience

  6. Troubleshooting abilities

  7. Documentation skills

  8. Great people skills

  9. Great communication skills

  10. Great organizational skill

What experiences will make you a stronger candidate.

  1. Past Apple repair experience

  2. Past computer repair service experience

  3. Past service management experience

  4. Knowledge of manage services

  5. Knowledge of networks

  6. Onsite installation and deployment experience

What you will do. 

  1. Learn how to check in customers and create service tickets. 

  2. Learn how to troubleshoot hardware problems with computers.

  3. Learn how to troubleshoot software problems with computers.

  4. Learn how to work with Apple's diagnostic tools.

  5. Learn how to updated service ticket notes.

  6. Learn how to communicate with customers.

  7. Learn how to repair computers with both hardware and software issues. 

  8. Learn how to work with Apple's Global Service system. 

  9. Complete Apple's online training courses.

  10. Complete Apple's online certification exams.

  11. Possibly learn how to repair iOS devices. 

This position will include about 12 to 20 hours per week. It may lead to additional hours once you have become an Apple certified repair technician and have learn our process for repairing Apple products.
