We’re looking for an outgoing, tech-savvy Technology Sales & Support Specialist to join our team and help customers find the right products, services, and support for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:​

• Helping Customers Purchase the Right Products and Services – Understand customer needs and guide them in choosing the right products and services, including iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Android phones, based on what fits them best.

• Assist with merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store environment

• Collaborate with team members in a retail environment to achieve sales and customer service goals

• Provide excellent customer service and support for iPhones, iPads, and Mac computers

• Creating sales and service tickets

• Provide one-on-one support and training to customers​​

Qualifications:

• Strong passion for technology and a desire to help customers of all skill levels

• Positive attitude with a focus on providing a welcoming experience

• Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new Apple products and technologies

• Retail experience and a collaborative approach to teamwork

• Ability to work on Saturdays as well as week days

• If you have skills in marketing, blogging, or social media, Wix, website development, that’s a bonus!

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Retail sales

• Business to business sales

• Apple knowledge of iPhones, iPads, Macs and other Apple solutions is a big plus!

On the Job Training:

• Hands on retail sales training provided

• On-line Apple product training available and required

• On-line Apple sales training available and required

• Cellcom sales training provided

• POS system training provided​
