We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Operations Assistant to help us connect with our community, enhance our brand presence, and support the day-to-day operations of our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
​
Marketing:

Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing content for social media platforms, email newsletters, and promotional campaigns.

Help design and distribute marketing materials for in-store events and promotions.

Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
-
Maintain and update website content to reflect current promotions and offerings.

Operations:
-
Support retail floor operations by ensuring accurate inventory tracking and restocking.
-
Assist with organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and promotions.
-
Perform administrative tasks, including order processing and maintaining accurate records.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
​
Qualifications
-
Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (or coursework in these areas).

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).

Familiarity with Apple products and services is a plus but not required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.​

Technology Sales & Support Specialist

Approximately 12-20 hours per week.
Are you passionate about technology and helping others? Do you have a knack for supporting iPhones, iPads, and other cellular devices? We’re looking for a motivated, tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Technology Sales & Support Specialist!
​
Position Overview:
Part-time sales and support of iPhones, iPads, and Mac computers. We welcome all Apple enthusiasts who love sharing their expertise, can learn and master Apple-related products and solutions.
​
Key Responsibilities:​

Sales - Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions (iPhone, iPad, Mac & Android Phones)

Assist with merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store environment

Collaborate with team members in a retail environment to achieve sales and customer service goals
-
Provide excellent customer service and support for iPhones, iPads, and Mac computers
-
Creating sales and service tickets
-
Provide one-on-one support and training to customers​​

Qualifications:

Strong passion for technology and a desire to help customers of all skill levels

Positive attitude with a focus on providing a welcoming experience

Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new Apple products and technologies

Retail experience and a collaborative approach to teamwork

Ability to work on Saturdays as well as week days

If you have skills in marketing, blogging, or social media, that’s a bonus!

Hands on retail sales training provided

Compensation:

Hourly base pay plus commission
