Apple Sales and Customer Service

 

Your Role:

As an Apple Sales Specialist, your primary focus will be helping customers purchase Apple products, including Macs and iPads, providing outstanding customer service, managing inventory, and offering one-on-one support and training for Apple users.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Help customers purchase Apple products, including iPads and Macs, by providing exceptional customer service and in-depth product knowledge.

  • Follow and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Lead by example, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Offer hands-on support for customers using Apple devices, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

  • Provide expert advice on Apple products and accessories to meet customer needs.

  • Assist in selling Apple products, guiding customers through the selection and purchasing process.

  • Manage inventory efficiently to ensure product availability and accuracy.

  • Conduct one-on-one support and training sessions for customers to enhance their Apple experience.

  • Check in computers, iPads, and iPhones for service, ensuring proper documentation and handling.

  • Stay updated on the latest Apple technologies and share your knowledge with customers and team members.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the technology or retail sector.

  • Aptitude for quickly grasping technical concepts and staying updated on the latest Apple technologies.

  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Excellent people skills with a passion for assisting customers.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve basic technical issues on Apple iPhones, iPads, and Mac computers.

  • Confidence in guiding customers through the purchase process for Apple devices.

  • Familiarity with iPhones, iPads, and Mac computers.

  • Experience with Mac OS and iOS (1 year required).

  • Experience in retail sales and customer service (1 year preferred).

  • ProAV experience (1 year preferred).
