What is AppleCare?
Every Apple product includes a One-Year Apple Limited Warranty and 90 Days of Complimentary Technical Phone Support through the Apple Corporate Support Line: 1 (800) 275-2273.
The Apple Limited Warranty covers your product against manufacturing defects and general failures for one year. It does not cover accidental damage, and technical support is limited to the first 90 days.
AppleCare+ enhances your coverage by providing 24/7 priority phone support and extending hardware coverage for your product. It also includes coverage for accidental damage, with deductibles per incident, so if accidents happen, you’re supported by over 5,000 Apple Authorized Service Providers worldwide.

Please note: in-store software support is limited to Apple Retail Stores. In-person, remote, or phone support for software issues at MacMan or other Apple Authorized Service Providers may incur service fees. For additional software support at MacMan, please check out our White Glove and Advantage Plans.
Purchasing AppleCare at MacMan
AppleCare+ can be purchased in two ways through MacMan.
At the time of purchase
When you buy a new Apple device from MacMan, you can add AppleCare+ during the checkout process. This is the simplest option and ensures your device is covered from the start.
Within 60 days of purchasing your device
AppleCare+ can also be added within 60 days of your device’s original purchase date, even if the device was not purchased from MacMan. Simply bring your device to MacMan and we can help verify eligibility and complete the AppleCare+ purchase.
