iPhone Evaluation

Service Description

This reservation is for an evaluation of your iPhone to determine repair needs. The evaluation typically takes between 15 and 45 minutes, but can take up to several hours depending on the complexity of your issue. Once we know what is wrong with your device, we will provide an initial repair estimate. If needed, physical repairs may be scheduled for a different day, contingent on our schedule and part availability. Please note that if a repair is performed and the repair is covered by Apple Limited Warranty or an AppleCare Agreement, the fee for this service will be waived. The service is included at a $0 copay for all devices covered by an active Advantage for Mobile plan.

Cancellation Policy

If you can't make it to your scheduled booking, please contact us to cancel as soon as possible. We'd love for you to stop in and check out our store, but we also understand that life is not always predictable.
