General Merchandise Returns

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things need to be returned. 

 

Unopened item(s) may be returned in the original unopened package within 7 days of your purchase date for a full refund in the amount of the then-current price or your original purchase price, whichever is lower (minus any shipping charges where applicable).

 

Opened item(s) may be returned within 7 days of your purchase date, but are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Devices with active iCloud activation locks, Find My Device activation locks, or firmware passwords are not eligible for return.

 

There are no returns on cellular model iPads, specially ordered items, registered AppleCare products, opened AirPods, opened EarBuds, gift cards, cables, adapters, software, screen protectors, or supplies. All opened items are considered used. Used items beyond 7 days from the date of purchase may be traded in for store credit, subject to MacMan’s discretion and standard trade in evaluation process. Products that are part of a bundle may not be returned individually.

 


Configure-To-Order (CTO) Returns


CTO (configure-to-order) products are custom-built to fulfill individual orders. CTO orders must be 100% prepaid and are not returnable and can not be canceled once the order has been sent to manufacturing.

All warranties are covered through Apple. If you receive a dead-on-arrival CTO device, please contact our tech department at 715-834-7074 or by email at support@macmancrew.com. DOA CTO units will be handled at the discretion of Apple.

CTO products are not typically kept in stock and usually require additional lead times. Lead times vary based on configuration. 

 

Used Item Returns

 

Used Apple computers, iPads, iPhones, Apple Watches, Apple TVs, and HomePods may be returned within 7 days of your purchase date, but are subject to a 20% restocking fee. MacMan reserves the right to perform an evaluation of the device before accepting a return. Devices with signs of third party modifications, abuse, tampering, or accidental damage are not eligible for return. Devices with active iCloud activation locks, Find My Device activation locks, or firmware passwords are not eligible for return.

 

Used Apple computers, iPads, iPhones, Apple Watches, Apple TVs, and HomePods come with a 30 day hardware guarantee. If a used Apple computer, iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch, Apple TV, or HomePod develops a hardware failure within 30 days from the date of purchase, the device may be returned to MacMan for in-store credit. This guarantee does not cover software issues or failures caused by third party modifications, abuse, tampering, or accidental damage. MacMan reserves the right to perform an evaluation of the device and offer repair options before providing a return, subject to MacMan’s discretion.

 

atmosphere Returns


There are no returns accepted on atmosphere packages and/or solutions.
