We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things need to be returned.
Items ineligible for Returns
No returns on: Cellular iPads, Opened or registered AppleCare, gift cards, service, training, One-on-One Training cards, opened software, opened screen protectors, open cables, open adapters, and opened supplies.
Unopened item(s) may be returned in the original unopened package within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund in the amount of the then-current price or your original purchase price (whichever is lower, minus any shipping charges where applicable).
All opened items are considered used. Opened item(s) may be returned within 7 days for STORE CREDIT ONLY, in the amount of the then-current price or your original purchase price, whichever is lower, minus shipping charges where applicable & minus a restocking fee of 15%. Used items beyond seven days may be traded in for in store credit or MacMan may offer to purchase the used item for a fair wholesale market price.
Returns for CTOs have special terms. CTO (Configure-to-order) products are actually custom-built to fulfill individual orders. CTO computers do not fall under our regular return policy. There will be a 25% restocking fee for all returns or cancellations on common CTO orders. Uncommon CTO orders include, but not limited to processor, hard drive, or screen configuration upgrades and will be assessed a 50% restocking fee. Returns may only be made within 7 days of invoice.
All online purchases will follow the policies above, but must have a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before the return is shipped to MacMan. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and shipping charges are not refundable. Merchandise received without an RMA number will be refused. RMA's must be issued within 7 days of purchase. Merchandise must arrive 7 days from the date of the RMA. Once the merchandise is received at MacMan, a representative will contact you, via phone, to process the return based on the policies listed above. In the event we are unable to reach the customer via phone, a credit or refund will not be granted. Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain your RMA number.
All warranties are covered by the manufacture of the product. If you receive a dead-on-arrival Apple CTO, please contact our tech department at 715-834-7074 or by email at email@example.com. DOA CTO's will be handled at the discretion of Apple which may or may not mean replacement or repair.
