We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things need to be returned. Unopened item(s) may be returned in the original unopened package within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund in the amount of the then-current price or your original purchase price (whichever is lower, minus any shipping charges where applicable). Opened item(s) returned within 7 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. There are no returns on CTO (configured to order) computers, Cellular iPads, specially ordered items, registered AppleCare, opened AirPods, EarBuds, gift cards, cables, adapters, software, screen protectors, or supplies. All opened items are considered used. Used items beyond seven days may be traded in, but the in-store credit will be subject to discretion based on condition. Products that are part of a bundle may not be returned individually.
CTO (configure-to-order) products are custom-built to fulfill individual orders. CTO orders must be 100% prepaid and are not returnable.
All warranties are covered through Apple. If you receive a dead-on-arrival CTO, please contact our tech department at 715-834-7074 or by email at email@example.com. DOA CTO's will be handled at the discretion of Apple which may or may not mean replacement or repair.
CTO products are not typically kept in stock and usually require additional lead times. Lead times vary based on configuration.
