Service Description

Before booking a new iPad setup, please make sure that you know the passwords for your Apple ID/iCloud account, email account(s), and other internet accounts. During an iPad setup & orientation, we will: - Help you get through the iPad setup steps. - Help you create an Apple ID/iCloud account, if necessary. - Help you configure iCloud settings to your desired use case. - Help you configure accessibility settings, if necessary. - Help you sign into your internet accounts. - Help you reset account passwords, if necessary. - Spend roughly 20 minutes with you after your device is set up to answer your specific questions, demonstrate features, install programs, etc. An iPad setup & orientation typically takes around 45 minutes.

If you can't make it to your scheduled booking, please contact us to cancel as soon as possible. We'd love for you to stop in and check out our store, but we also understand that life is not always predictable.
