Service Description

Your iPad will be reset and the latest available version of iPad OS will be installed. Reset services must be prepaid and are not covered by Apple Limited Warranty or AppleCare agreements. All data on your iPad will be erased during the reset process. The reset process cannot be undone. This service does not include assistance restoring your data back onto your device after it is reset. If you need assistance setting up your device after it is reset, please book an iPad Reset and Restore instead. During the process of factory resetting a cellular iPad, the Embedded Subscriber Identity Module (eSIM) data may be erased from the device.
