Apple Computer & iPhone Service Technician

We are looking for a reliable, organized, self motivated person with great people skills to join our service department. Pay will be based on performance. Schedule will be based on workload. 

Daily duties will include working with customers to check in devices for service. Checking out devices when customers come to pick up devices after the repair is done.


Repairs will include:

  • New system setup and data migration from old computers to new. 

  • Mac Hardware repair including all hardware components and software troubleshooting 

  • iPhone Hardware repair including screens, batteries, cameras, etc.

  • iOS Software trouble shooting and fixes

  • Must know Apple iOS and MacOS

Qualifications needed:​

  • Good communications skills

  • Good phone skills

  • Customer service skills

  • Mechanical aptitude

  • Organizational skills

  • Documentation skills

  • Ability to understand and follow procedures

  • Must be accountable for workmanship

  • Certifications must be obtained. 

Applicant must bring a certain skill set and experience, but will be required to obtain Apple Technician Certification. Ongoing Apple training is required. Compensation for this position will be based on performance and billable repairs, therefore the applicant must be willing to learn and complete trainings on their own time. The more time billed, the more the compensation.

Apple Customer Relationship Specialist

This position is primarily focused on customer service and communications with our customers. This will involved interactions with customers in our store, as well as followup emails and phone calls to our customers.

In-store interactions with customers will include checking in customers for service, answering phone calls, and basic sales. 

Other duties will include follow up emails and phone calls with customers related to their sales and service experiences and will also involve communications through social media marketing. 

This is a part-time position ranging from 15 to 30 hours per week. 

Qualifications and Skills​

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees

  • Maintain a professional appearance

  • Have a solid work ethic

  • Good time management skills

  • Outgoing and positive personality

  • Ability to follow procedures

  • Sales experience is a plus

  • A working knowledge of Apple devices is a plus

  • Apple product knowledge is helpful

  • Great people skills

  • Willingness to learn

  • Able to learn multiple duties and skills
