Your Role:

As an Apple Repair Technician & Customer Support Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of providing hands-on assistance and expert advice to customers using Apple devices. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for Apple products, both in-store and potentially on-site at a customer's location.

  • Troubleshooting and performing hardware repairs for Macs and iPhones will be your primary focus as repair technician. 

  • Troubleshooting and processing repairs for all Apple branded devices. 

  • Offering personalized guidance to customers on selecting the right Apple products and accessories to meet their needs will not be the primary job function but will be part of your duties.

  • Staying updated on the latest Apple technologies through online Apple training and certifications. Must compete and maintain Apple Tech Certifications.

  • Proficiency in repairing Apple products to a high standard. 

  • Basic sales skills and a willingness to learn more about Apple products.

  • Familiarity with iPhones, iPads, and Mac computers.

Schedule:

Primary hours for this position are from 9:30am to 6pm M-F. Hours may vary and may include Saturdays.

Apple iOS Repair Technician

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Apple Certified iPhone and iOS Repair Technician. This role places a strong emphasis on becoming certified in Apple products and providing top-tier repair services. While prior experience is preferred, we offer comprehensive on-the-job and online training to help you achieve your Apple certifications and excel in this role.

 

Responsibilities:

- Undergo training to obtain Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT) certification

- Diagnose and repair various iPhone models with precision and expertise

- Identify and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues

- Replace screens, batteries, and other components with skill and efficiency

- Ensure adherence to quality control standards for all repairs

- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication throughout the repair process

- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory management

 

Requirements:

- Strong interest in becoming an Apple Certified iOS Technician

- Mechanical aptitude and a knack for troubleshooting

- Prior experience in electronics repair is advantageous but not required

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
