Apple - Retail Sales & Customer Service 

We are looking for a full-time or part-time person(s) with a passion to help others with Apple technology. If you have the ability to learn our systems quickly and be productive, pay raises and bonuses are available.

​

This position gives you an opportunity to be involved with multiple aspects of our business. Here are some.

​

  • Customer service check-in

  • Apple product sales

  • Inventory receiving

  • Website updating

  • eCommerce

 

The more experience with Apple products such as iPads, iPhones and Macs, the better. There are many thing you could possibly do even without prior experience because we will train you. You just have to have the drive, aptitude, reliability and desire to learn and grow. So, if you love your Apple products, this might be a great place for you.

Apple iPhone Technician & Customer Support

We are looking for a full-time or part-time person(s) with the ability to learn how to fix Apple iPhones and process other types of iOS repairs. 

​

  • Hardware repair including screens, batteries, cameras, etc.

  • Software trouble shooting and fixes

  • Must know Apple iOS

  • Certifications must be obtained - training provided

  • Must have good communications skills and customer service skills.

  • Mechanical aptitude required

  • Organizational skills required

  • Must be able to follow procedures

  • Must be accountable for workmanship
