If you have an old Apple device that you would like to trade in towards something new, you are in the right spot! During a trade in evaluation, we will: - Run the serial number of your device to determine if it has a trade in value. - Have our technicians evaluate your device to determine its condition and value. - Provide you with a trade in value. If approved, this credit will be applied to your in-store customer account. This booking is for a drop off. The trade in evaluation process typically takes around 2 hours. Please note that we do not buy devices for cash. All trade in credits are applied as in-store credit exclusively.

If you can't make it to your scheduled booking, please contact us to cancel as soon as possible. We'd love for you to stop in and check out our store, but we also understand that life is not always predictable.
