Service Description

To get the most out of your Advantage plan, some onboarding is required. This includes the installation of software on your Mac, as well as adjusting some settings to allow our software to do its thing! If you would like to get your device set up remotely, there will be a one-time setup fee of $30.00 per device. Remote onboarding typically takes around 30 minutes. During your scheduled booking time, a MacMan employee will call you to get you up and running!

Cancellation Policy

If you can't make it to your scheduled booking, please contact us to cancel as soon as possible. We'd love for you to stop in and check out our store, but we also understand that life is not always predictable.
