Service Description
To get you up and running with Pulse Backup, some device onboarding is required.
This includes the installation of software on your Mac and getting some accounts set up.
If you would like to have your device set up on-site, please call us to get a quote.
On-site onboarding typically takes around 20 minutes per device.
This booking is for a consultation. During your scheduled booking time, a MacMan employee will call you to discuss and schedule your on-site setup.
Cancellation Policy
If you can't make it to your scheduled booking, please contact us to cancel as soon as possible. We'd love for you to stop in and check out our store, but we also understand that life is not always predictable.
