Mac New System Setup

Service Description

Before booking a Mac new system setup, please make sure that you know the passwords for your Apple ID/iCloud account, email account(s), and other internet accounts. During a Mac new system setup, we will: - Help you create a user account on your Mac. - Help you create an Apple ID/iCloud account, if necessary. - Help you configure iCloud settings to your desired use case. - Help you configure accessibility settings, if necessary. - Help you sign into your internet accounts. - Answer basic questions regarding the use of your Mac. New Mac setups typically take 20 - 45 minutes. This appointment does not include help with resetting account passwords. If account password resets are required to regain access to your Apple ID/iCloud or other internet accounts, additional fees may apply. This service is included with a $0 copay for customers who bundle MacMan+ Protection Plan with the purchase of their new Mac.
