Purchasing an expedited service arrangement will move your service repair order to the top of our priority list and will ensure that your Mac gets looked at same day. Purchasing an expedited service arrangement does not guarantee that your service repair order will be completed same day. The typical turnaround time for service repair orders that require out-of-stock parts is 2-5 business days. Expedited service fees are non-refundable. Expedited service fees are not discounted or waived if your device is covered by Apple Limited Warranty or an AppleCare agreement. This service is included at $0.00 for all Macs enrolled in Advantage for Mac Plus, Advantage for Mac Premium, and Advantage for Mac Ultra.
