Before booking a new iPhone setup, please make sure that you know the passwords for your Apple ID/iCloud account, email account(s), and other internet accounts. During an iPhone setup & orientation, we will: - Help you get through the iPhone setup steps. - Help you create an Apple ID/iCloud account, if necessary. - Help you configure iCloud settings to your desired use case. - Help you configure accessibility settings, if necessary. - Help you sign into your internet accounts. - Help you reset account passwords, if necessary. - Spend roughly 20 minutes with you after your device is set up to answer your specific questions, demonstrate features, install programs, etc. An iPhone setup & orientation typically takes around 45 minutes.
