Service Description

Before booking a new iPhone setup, please make sure that you know the passwords for your Apple ID/iCloud account, email account(s), and other internet accounts. During an iPhone setup, we will: - Help you get through the iPhone setup steps. - Help you create an Apple ID/iCloud account, if necessary. - Help you configure iCloud settings to your desired use case. - Help you configure accessibility settings, if necessary. - Help you sign into your internet accounts. - Answer basic questions regarding the use of your iPhone. New iPhone setups typically take 15 - 30 minutes. This appointment does not include help with resetting account passwords. If account password resets are required to regain access to your Apple ID/iCloud or other internet accounts, additional fees may apply.

If you can't make it to your scheduled booking, please contact us to cancel as soon as possible. We'd love for you to stop in and check out our store, but we also understand that life is not always predictable.
