Service Description

This reservation is for an evaluation of your iPhone to determine and remove any signs of malware or malicious remote access. The evaluation typically takes between 15 and 45 minutes, but can take up to several hours depending on the complexity of your issue. We will provide a printed copy or our notes and results upon request to show your bank or financial institution. The service is included at a $0 copay for all devices covered by an active Advantage for Mobile plan. If you have experienced a potential scam event, we recommend that even if we find no evidence of access to your device that you still go through and change any and all passwords to any accounts that may have been compromised.
