Social media can be both good and bad. Most often, we don't take the time to write a good review, but if something is off, for whatever reason, we want the world to know.

 

If a business has a satisfaction rate of 97%, why are we only hearing from the 3%? The 3% is what needs to be focused on, but if you are in of the 97% don't forget to speak up. Your vote matters.
