  • Resetting Apple, Google or Yahoo passwords

  • eMail setup

Typical training topics are:

  • Is my Mac and iPhone actually backed up?

  • Understanding iCloud

  • Synching my Apple devices through iCloud

  • Pages, Numbers and Keynote

  • Organizing photos and using the Photos application

  • Understanding how to navigate your Mac

Based on our commitment to all customers, support sessions need be pre-schedule. If you need One-on-One support and you do not have an appointment, an expedited charge may apply. 

One-on-One support does not include tech support repair services.
