One-on-One support is personal training for those that need help with their Mac or iOS device. Just tell us what you need help with.
Support sessions are by appointment.

Based on our commitment to all customers, support sessions need be pre-schedule. If you need One-on-One support and you do not have an appointment, an expedited charge may apply.
One-on-One support does not include tech support repair services.
Tech Talks Classes
If you purchased your Mac or iPad from us, you are eligible for FREE Tech Talk classes.
If you purchased elsewhere and would like to attend our Tech Talks, there will be a small fee of $20, plus tax, per class.
Tech Talks classes will be most Tuesdays from 12 pm to 12:45 pm.
Topics will include:

2. iOS 101 - for iPad users
3. iCloud implementation
4. Pages 101
5. Keynote 101
6. Backup plan and Internet Security
