Diagnostics on Carry-in Repairs
All computers and printers must be diagnosed before a repair estimate is given. The diagnostic charge is $50 plus tax. Diagnostic charges for liquid damage is $150. Diagnostic charges must be pre-paid, unless you have established terms with MacMan or your device is within the manufactures warranty. Some restrictions may apply.
If your equipment is under warranty, and if there is "No Problem Found", or if the problem is diagnosed as being a software issue, or the problem is due to a third party part, the customer is responsible for the diagnostic charge.
Diagnostic charges are non-refundable.
Expedited service will move your service repair order to the top of the list, if at the time it is possible to do so. This does not guarantee your service will be completed the same day, based on parts and service needed.
Expedited service diagnostics is $150.
MacMan, Inc. is not liable for loss or corruption of any data or any of your confidential, proprietary, or personal information or removable media. BEFORE YOU BRING IN YOUR COMPUTER FOR ANY TRAINING OR SERVICE, YOU SHOULD MAKE A BACKUP COPY OF YOUR DATA, REMOVE ANY CONFIDENTIAL, PROPRIETARY, OR PERSONAL INFORMATION, AND DISCONNECT MEDIA OR DEVICES SUCH AS CDS, DVDS, PC CARDS, OR FLASH DRIVES.
I will not hold MacMan, Inc. or its employees responsible for any data loss or normal wear and tear to my computer during the repair.
Completion of Service
Customer agree to pay all service charges upon pickup, unless terms have been established. Any equipment not picked up within 30 days, from the time of completion, becomes the property of MacMan, Inc.
Labor and Service Warranty
If there is an issue once you receive your equipment back, call us IMMEDIATELY. If there is an issue directly related to the reason the equipment was first brought in, we will look at it again, at our expense. Issues not brought to our attention within 10 days from pickup, will be treated as a new or repeat service issue and additional fee may apply.
Because we cannot control what happens to the equipment after it leaves our care, software related problems have no warranty, but we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Most service parts will have a 90 day warranty.
All service and service rates is subject to sales. tax.
All customers that have not established terms with us are required to pay when they pick up their equipment. There will be a finance charge of 1.5% for late payments. There will be a $35 fee for all NSF checks.
