One on One Support/Training - 30 Minutes

Service Description

This service is for anyone looking for personal support with an Apple specialist for any problems or questions relating to Mac, iPhone, iPad, or any other Apple Accessories. 
This reservation is for 30 minutes of one on one support/training time. 
Apple specialists will give their best effort help with non-Apple products or services, but may reference customers to external resources if required. Additional time beyond 30 minutes is billable and another appointment may need to be scheduled if support beyond 30 minutes is required. This service is discounted by 50% for select Advantage members and customers with White Glove for Mobile Plus. If you have an active service plan, payment for this service will be collected in store. To be eligible for the discounted rate, the one-on-one support must directly relate to the device covered by your service plan.
