Service Description

This reservation is for a quick evaluation of your iPhone to determine repair needs. The quick evaluation typically takes around 15 minutes. We will complete the free quick evaluation of your iPhone while you wait! Once we know what is wrong with your device, we will provide an initial repair estimate. If we cannot determine what is wrong with your iPhone during the quick evaluation, an extended evaluation may be required. If an extended evaluation is required, the iPhone can be checked in for service and labor rates may apply. If needed, physical repairs may be scheduled for a different day, contingent on our schedule and part availability.

Cancellation Policy

If you can't make it to your scheduled booking, please contact us to cancel as soon as possible. We'd love for you to stop in and check out our store, but we also understand that life is not always predictable.
