Service Description

This reservation is for a quick evaluation of your iPad to determine repair needs. The quick evaluation typically takes around 15 minutes. We will complete the free quick evaluation of your iPad while you wait! Once we know what is wrong with your device, we will provide an initial repair estimate. If we cannot determine what is wrong with your iPad during the quick evaluation, an extended evaluation may be required. If an extended evaluation is required, the iPad can be checked in for service and labor rates may apply. Booking this service does not guarantee that the required repair will be completed same day. In many instances, iPad repairs require us to mail your device to an Apple repair depot. Mail-in repairs typically take 3-5 business days.
