Backup your data via iCloud, Mac, or iTunes.

MacMan is not responsible for your data.

Disable Find My

Find My Device must be disabled.

Apple requires we turn off FMD for all repairs.

Remove Passcodes

Remove all passcodes and restrictions. Or reset the Devcie

Erasing the Device before service is usually recommended

Any equipment not picked up within 30 days, from the time of completion, becomes the property of MacMan, Inc. and may be recycled.
