In Spite Of... the COVID-19 virus we will be here to support our customers with the service and purchases of their Apple products. Here are things we are doing to help protect our customers and employees. 

1. Cleaning our store and high touch areas such as product demos, counters, and work surfaces throughout the day. 

2. Cleaning customer devices when they are brought in for service.

3. Cleaning customer devices before they are returned to the customer.

4. Employees are washing their hands after touching customer devices. 

5. We are not shaking hands with customers, please do not be offended by this. Maybe an Air High-Five. (This is new.)

6. Cleaning new computers before they are delivered to customers. 

Although this is not a complete list, nor is it a new practice for us, we are doing what we can to help control COVID-19, as well as the Flu and other germs by using disinfecting cleaning supplies.

Was your trip, school or event cancelled or postponed? Get a new Mac and stay connected. Come see us to purchase your new device or call us and we can help you without you having to leave your home or office. 

Having trouble with your Mac, PC, iPad, iPhone or other Apple device? 

 

It sometimes doesn't matter what else going on in the world when you are having technology issues. That's why we are here to help. Come see us or see below on our other options. 

Buying without coming in.

 

Need to purchase a new Mac, iPad or some AirPods Pros (in stock) and don't want to venture out? Here is how we can help.

  1. Call us to discuss your needs. 

  2. We will help with recommendations.

  3. We will email options to you.

  4. You can pay online via a credit card.

  5. We can have your new product shipped to you. 

If you are purchasing a Mac, you will still receive all of the Free service as normal. 

If you need to have us transfer your data from your old device to your new one and don't want to come in, here are some options. 

  1. We can come to you. Travel charges may apply based on your location.

  2. Ship or mail in your old device. 

  3. We can pick up your old device. Travel charges may apply based on your location.

  4. Once the setup is done, we can ship or drop off your device. 

  5. We can also temporarily setup your device with remote control access to finish any setup or training you may need. You will have to grant us access when and if this is to be done. 

Service without coming in.

 

Need service and don't want to venture out? Here is how we can help.

  1. Call us to discuss your needs. 

  2. We can determine if the service can be done remotely. If so, a remote service will be scheduled and you can securely pay online via a credit card.

  3. If we need to have the device to repair, we can come to you if we can do the service onsite. Travel charges may apply based on your location.

  4. If we need to service the device in our shop, we can pick up and return it to you when it is complete. Travel charges may apply based on your location.

  5. You can also mail or ship your device to us. We will then ship it back or drop if off for you. Shipping and travel charges will apply.
