Why, What and How
We have a passion to support our Apple community so Apple users can have a great experience using their Macs.
We service all current model Macs and even those older Macs that you may want to get a few more years out of.
We are an Apple Authorized Service Provider and adhere to Apple's strict guidelines for warranty and out of warranty repairs. Our relationship with Apple provides us with the proper tools, service information, genuine Apple parts and repair resources. Our technicians are trained and certified on an ongoing basis to provide the best service to our customers.
In order to determine what is wrong, we have to preform diagnostic tests.
The labor cost for diagnostics is $50 plus tax.
If your Mac is out of warranty, you will be asked to prepay the diagnostic fee when dropping off your Mac.
If your Mac is within warranty, the diagnostic fee will be assessed, but only collected at the completion of the repair, if the repair is not covered by the warranty. Examples of this would be software related issues, physical damage or liquid damage.
If there is known liquid damage, your computer will get top priority, but there will be a $150 fee to try to save your computer.
After diagnostics are done, we will provide a repair estimate for your approval.
Do I Need An Appointment?
Appointments are recommended and can be made online.
If you are dropping off your Mac without an appointment, we will add your repair request to our repair queue.
If your repair need is time sensitive, we can expedited your request and move your repair to the top of our queue for a $75 additional charge.
How long will it take?
Repair turn-a-round is generally within 5 weekdays for most computers repairs.
These times are estimates and are not guaranteed and will vary depending on the complexity of the repair or if we are waiting on your approval. In some cases these times may be extended.
WE WILL CONTACT YOU if we need additional information, approval or when the repair is done. When dropping off your Mac, please make sure we have your current email, phone number and any other phone numbers where you may be contacted.
Weekdays are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.
Don't Forget to Back Up Your Data!
Having an external data backup is a good habit to get into regardless of circumstances, but it's especially important when checking your Mac in for service. When working on your Mac, a top concern is your data. We are not responsible for your data, unless commissioned to do so. Having a current backup of your device is important in the event of data lost or corruption. Don't have a backup? That's fine, we can do a precautionary backup of your device before service starts for just $40 plus tax.
Completion of Repair
