We are authorized by Apple to service your iOS device under warranty or out of warranty. Our technicians are certified by Apple.
Our repair procedure start with a full evaluation and diagnostics of your device. If your device is out of warranty, there is a $15 evaluation fee.
Repairs are performed in-house or in some cases after the diagnostic is complete, we overnight your device to Apple for repair or replacement. Screen replacement repairs are done at Apple because once the screen has been replaced, it is recalibrated to factory specs to insure your device is working properly. No one else does that.
Advantage of having MacMan repair your device.
Our technicians use the proper hardware tools, software diagnostic tools, and procedures provided to us by Apple to assure your device is service to Apple standards.
New iOS device setup
We make it easy for you. We offer iOS device setup. We can also backup your device and restore it after it has been repaired.
We understand it is hard to be without your iPhone, so if you need your iPhone repaired, we have a loaner program to offer you. There is a $39 flat rate cost for the loaner iPhone plus a security deposit.
Compare us to those NON-Authorized repair places.
Why pay more? Really, don't be fooled.
Why pay more to someone that works on your iPhone with the wrong tools and uses the wrong parts?
Here is what they have told people. "right now an iPhone 6 Regular Aftermarket screen is $139 parts and labor ($209 for higher quality aftermarket screen) We can have this repair done in one day or for $25 we will move you to the front of the line and your repair be done in less than a few hours."
Well does this sound like a good deal? Maybe, if you didn't know about your choices and did not realize that they use knock off parts. Why are there are two different qualities of screens? Does your iPhone have a warranty? If so, kiss that good bye if the service provider is not Apple authorized.
Although broken screens may not always be covered by warranty, the rest of your iPhone could still have a warranty. You don't want to lose that.
Are those non-Apple parts really going to work properly or even last more that a couple of months? We have seen many iPhones come in that have been "fixed" with non-Apple parts that do not work properly. This is due to knock off parts and techs not knowing the proper repair procedures.
As an Apple Authorized iPhone repair center, here is our repair procedure for an iPhone that has broken glass.
Don't be fooled by someone out to make a quick buck, using the wrong tools, the wrong parts, not calibrating your screen, and charging you more. Remember, if your iPhone is under warranty, the warranty will be gone if you have a non-authorized Apple repair center attempt to fix your iPhone.
So remember to bring your iPhone to MacMan for repairs done the right way.
