We are an Apple Authorized Service Provider in West-Central Wisconsin and are authorized by Apple to perform Warranty repairs.We use Apple certified parts, our technicians are Apple certified and are required by Apple to re-certify each year.

You may bring your troubled system in for service or elect to have a technician come to you.

Labor and service warranty
We stand behind our service. In the unlikely event that your product displays the same problem for which it was brought in, please contact us within 10 days. Beyond 10 days, the issue may be treaded as a new or repeat service issue. Because we cannot control what happens to the equipment after it leaves our care, software related problems have no warranty, but we will work with you to resolve the issue. Most service parts will have a 90 day warranty.

Repair turn-a-round time
We understand being without your computer is an inconvenience. Normal turn-a-round time for repairs is 3 to 5 business days. We will do our best to repair your equipment as soon as possible. Ask us about our rental program if you need a loaner computer.

Diagnostics on Carry-in Repairs
All equipment will be assessed a diagnostic fee. This means that we will diagnose the problem but not necessarily be able to repair your equipment in the time it takes to do the diagnostics. At this time we will notify you with a repair estimate and give you the option of repairing or not.

If the equipment is under warranty, and it is diagnosed as "No Problem Found", or if the problem is diagnosed as being a software issue, or the problem is due to a non-Apple part, there will be a diagnostic fee charged and there also may be a labor charge. Apple does not warranty non-Apple parts. If the repairs are covered by warranty, the diagnostic fee will be waived. See warranty section bellow.

Carry-in or Bench Repairs
Carry-in repairs are handled on a first come first served basis.
