Working at MacMan is a whole different experience, because whatever you do here, you play a part in helping people discover all the amazing things they can do with Apple products. We are in seek of a crew memeber to fit in and provide exceptional customer service to our customers.  

Part time specialist opening may include weekdays, Saturday and evenings.

Specialist Qualifications:

You must have Apple Macintosh experience.

Excellent experience being able to troubleshoot Apple laptops,desktops, routers, printersm and all other computer hardware and software issues throughlt and resolve them in a timely manner

Communication skills, both verbal and written, including ability to communicate complex technical issues to technical and non-technical users in a professional, positive, friendly and understandable manner.
